MEET THE TEAM

Joseph C Ligoci

Joe is the president of ABC. For the past 35 years he has worked at ABC in all aspects of the commercial Refrigeration and HVAC industry. His background includes roles as installer, service technician and energy management technician in the supermarket refrigeration field. Later in his career he took on the roles of project manager, estimator and design/build consultant. He takes great pride in the accomplishments of the people at ABC and is looking forward to the continuing success. Joe became president at ABC in December of 2012.

Joseph M Ligoci

Joe is the VP and Service Chair of ABC. He first started with ABC back in 2007 where he worked in various positions within the company which included the warehouse, auto shop, and accounting office. He took time off to attend St. John Fisher College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in management, with a minor in accounting, and a concentration in corporate finance. He put those tools to work when he returned to ABC in May of 2014.

Jim Ligoci

Jim is the Service Manager at ABC. For the past 24 years he has worked in the commercial refrigeration trade where he was employed as a refrigerant reclaim specialist, lead service technician, and senior dispatcher. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University where he majored in economics before coming to work for ABC in 1995.

Dan D’Alfonso

Dan is the Construction Manager for ABC. With over 40 years of experience, Dan is the Director of Construction with the responsibility of working with ABC’s project management team to facilitate and run large scale construction projects across the Northeast. His experience with customers and construction projects, along with service, have given the construction department direction for existing construction and service contracts that are a continual success for the company.

Mick Mulcahy

Mick is the HVAC & Sheet Metal Manager for ABC. Over the past 30 years he has dedicated himself to the fabrication and sheet metal trade. His career in the industry had him working with Rosenthal Chadwick and General Electric before landing his place within ABC. He has received multiple craftsmanship awards and is touted for his bending of the heavy metal.
